Otter Rock Cafe - Morro Bay

We ran away the last part of Spring Break to the Central Coast with the kids.

On Friday, we spent the morning in Morro Bay.  I actually got Mark

away from the shop for a few days.  I was truly happy to see

that we was enjoying himself, smiling, laughing with the kids and

not on his cell phone dealing with stuff back at

the shop.  Much needed break for him.

We ate brunch at the Otter Rock Cafe.  One of our favorite places and as you can see the weather was gorgeous!

Magic Mountain

We finally made to Six Flags Magic Mountain.  We were suppose to go back in December for Megan's 13th birthday but weather and sickness played a major factor into why we didn't make it.  I decided to wait until Spring Break to go.  It turned out to be a great day!  I took just the Tweens!  Briggor stayed home for a Daddy/Briggor day!  Since it was Megan's day - she called the shots on what rides to ride and where we were eating!

Jade decided that roller coasters were NOT her thing.  So, while the others were on a ride, she tried to rock climb!  She got half way on the "pro" level.  Not bad!  She got a Superman cape for her efforts!

Coloring Easter Eggs

We found time in our busy spring break schedule to do our annual easter egg coloring!! :)  The kids are getting more and more creative every year.  30 eggs!!
