Surprise!

Daddy bought Briggor a pitch back so he could practice baseball whenever he wanted.  He is spending about 30 min to an hour everyday on it.

He is improving all the time!

Briggor's First Scrimmage Game of the Season

Briggor has started his 3rd season at Southwest Baseball.  He has moved up a division this year.  He is now in the Pinto league.

One early Saturday morning, Briggor had his first scrimmage game against the Angels.

Briggor struck out at the plate.

He played catcher and 2nd base.

Oh My.....

So, I'm sitting drinking my coffee at the kitchen table when I noticed that the ceiling fan in the family room turns on.  Next thing I see is a hackie sack, little ball, flying in the air.  Briggor was attemping a science experiment.  Testing the theory of gravity!  LOL

Luckily I stopped the event, BEFORE the ball went flying through the air and bouncing around the house.

It triggered a memory of my dad......when we were visiting my aunt in San Diego.  My dad decided to show the cousins and I how to throw a handful of ping pong balls into the spinning ceiling fan and ducking at the incoming flying ping pong balls.  LOL  It was hilarious!   My aunt, my dad's sister, did NOT think that was funny!!!  My dad was still a kid when he was an adult and he still took time to tease his sister when he could.  Love my dad and his pranks!

Valentine Idea

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and Briggor needed to bring in Valentine's for his class party.

Most valentine's are geared to girls.  It's hard to come up with valentine's that boys can give to both girls and boys.  Briggor is at the age that girls are starting to have "cooties" and didn't

want anything mushy or gushy!! :)

It is a 1962 Austin Healey 3000.
